My 2011.

My first year in college. My first year away from home. My first apartment. My first time buying my own groceries and going on my own vacations without family. 2011 was a year of firsts. So much has happened and i dont have the time nor patience to write it all so i will show you with pictures and a few sentences here and there.

This is my 2011:

Pre College fun:

First time in an airplane. 

Traveled with my sister.

Winter Semester:

Moved in.

 As you can see many people were here fro alot of it. and many were here for a breif period.

Dear Jesserrrrrr, Its okay to miss him. I love you. 

So. What is on my mind. HA! What a dangerous question to ask. 

Well. Ive been working on my Lesson for about an hour now. I think im done. I started yesterday and outlined everything and felt like I got a really good start on it. & i finished it today. 

Today is laundry day. Boo. The laundry room was overflowing with dirty, wet, & clean girl clothes. It was a mad house. You know in the scary movies when the main character is running through the clothes in the back yard that are hanging up to dry then BAM! suddenly the bad guy is right there behind you? Well the laundry room wasnt like that at all. There were just piles and piles of clothes everywhere. People in Idaho are super trusting that no one will steal there things.
Someone, Whos name will not be told so they are not incriminated in this true story, once told me that they would steal, yes steal, clothes from the laundry room and sell them and make butt loads of money off other peoples losses. HAHA so. even in Rexburg you shouldnt trust everyone.

Ive been reading a book about zombies, love, deceiving, secrete sisterhoods, and lies. Its pretty great. Lots of excitement and fun. Really sucks you in and its like your running right along side the characters to get away from the zombies. Its called  "The Forest of Hands and Teeth." by Carrie Ryan. Yes i have read it before. Yes im reading it again. Why, you may ask? Well the better question is, Why not? Why not relive the events of Mary's Life? 

12 days till i go home! YAY! 24 days till winter! YAY! 

I should read more often. I need to get in the habit of it. BUT for some reason its a hard habit to form. 

Also one more thing, just for you Eliezer.

The point of this awkward belly photo is to show "the real girl belly". Eliezer saw a blog all about bellys and how girls shouldnt be afraid to show off their "real bellys" without sucking in or making yourself look skinnier. So here you have it. I turned it black and white, to spare everyone from going blind. Its pretty florescent white. But hey. Whos belly is perfect? No ones. Not even a models belly. Some people may think it is, but who decides whats perfect? God. and he created us all. So big or small, abbs or flabs, we all have perfect stomachs. Just perfect in their own way.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAPA!!!!! I LOVE YOU!!

WAHOO! I got a letter in the mail today. Well I got two but one was just flight info. The other was a missionary letter. Elder AJ McMurtrey! I love getting mail. Something about it makes me happy. Don't ask me why. And as you can probably guess since i love getting letters i LOVE getting packages so much more! Especially if they are a surprise.

Friends are great. The end.

Test are dumb. BUT I only have 2 more left this semester! YAY!

Something Random.

My favorite shoes. They have a hole. 

BUT i will wear them until there is nothing left.

When I asked what I should blog about today I was told "Write about whats been on your mind the most lately." Well as great as that sounds.... whats on my mind the most is already written in a journal and not for all people to read and know. So i will write about the same random things i always do. Nothing. 

Windows are better than doors. Just ask Liver. She never comes in the front door. She just uses my window. As a result, my screen is broken, my desk is destroyed, and all my stuff got nicked onto the floor. It was wonderful to watch. 

My Liver and I, as crazy as it sounds, had fun, Yes I said fun, in class yesterday. She laughed at Bro Walz jokes that no one ever laughs at. We got creeped on as these boys tried to "sneak" a picture of us. She laughed so hard she cried. ALOT. It was great. 

I look like Casper. YES! 

My skype record is 4 hours and 55 minutes. If only we had gotten that last 5 minutes and made it an even 5 hours.  Ohh well. Now we have something to work towards. 

This may seem weird to some people BUT, i could sit and watch movies all day. Boring? I dont think so. Its entertaining and relaxing and relieves stress. For me at least. 

I never realized how much i had changed in appearance over the years. I was looking through old pictures and ive gone from long blonde hair to short red and blond hair. Ive had braces. I changed my style. I started wearing makeup than stopped wearing it. I didnt wear glasses now i do. In my 20 years of life who knew i would change so much. Not just in looks but also in music i like, clothes i wear, movies i watch, boys i think are cute, traits i look for in boys, friends, my living situation, my belief in this gospel. All have changed so much. Some for the better, others i am still working on getting to a good stage.

I dont want to go to class tonight. On the brighter side. Math is canceled. BUT I still have to walk all the way up hill to turn in my project just to come back home for an hour and a half THEN turn around and go right back up the monstrous hill and sit in my HORRIBLE 3 hour long American Foundations class. GROSS. But my lovely Liver is going to accompany me on my tourcherous (sp?) adventures. CANT WAIT. Well I can for the class part but not the Liver part.

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH

Ive been going to the gym alot lately. By alot I mean about 2-3 times a week and if im feeling good more than that. BUT thats an amazing accomplishment for me. Bc I am lazy. but theres something about it that really helps clear my foggy wild uncontrollable mind.

Well. I should probably shower and put on real clothes. Ive been wearing my swim trunks all day. I know I know crazy but i just really miss being able to play in water and be warm. Iceburg is so mean to me. I hate the wind. I cant wait for the snow though. I LOVE snow. Especially when its fluffy and i can roll in it and play in it and tackle people in it and throw it at people.

Well its been about 54893 years since I last blogged. Thats okay though. Life is busy. 

Hmm. Whats new? Loads. Now to decide what I want to tell people and what I want to keep to myself. Mwahaha. 

Well school is over in 3 weeks. YES! Then on Dec 20th I get to spend 90% of the day in airports waiting to reach my beloved destination. GEORGIA. I am finally returning after 1 LONG year of being away. I cant wait to see my family and all my friends. Everything is going to be super duper different. Friends have gotten married, are pregnant, and have moved away. Sister is married, Other sister has a drivers license, Brother now has a drivers permit and is now in high school. Little baby sister is in nerd clubs being super brainy and smart. I didnt give them permission to grow up and do those things without me there. But, they did it anyways. RUDE.

 

After my much needed 2 week escape to the holy land I am returning to the frozen tundra. Also known as Rexburg, Idaho. It has become my new home. Ive been here for a year. In the same apartment. Same bed. Same bathroom. Same closet. So why change? Ill be in the same apartment, BUT there will be changes. I get a new room roomie, Kristofer. YES! and i get all new apartment roomies. My Liver, Eliza, Jaide (not so new but still enjoyed.) and Abby. I think the constantly changing roomies helps me be okay with staying in the same room for so long. Also im to lazy to pack all y stuff and move. The idea of having to take all my stuff off the walls, out of the closet, from the kitchen and cram it all into boxes and change apartments just doesnt sound like a fun time to me. But hey, maybe im crazy for thinking that... HA! yeah right. 

School is "WHACK". I do not want to take anymore classes. Cant someone just pour all the knowledge straight into my brain and save me the trouble of waking up early to go to classes I dont really want to be in? But, MAYBE if i have a good positive attitude I will enjoy my classes and be able to focus and make good grades.... Hmm. 

Finals are coming up. I should probably study. I made a to do list for my day so I would be productive. Ive marked 4 things off so far. Thats pretty impressive for me. Some things are pretty simple and shouldnt really have to be on a to do list but they are. For example: Eat. Why does that have to be on a list? Because I forget and if I dont write it down or get super hungry I wont do it.  Crazy right? But totes true. 

Random facts: Im learning to play piano. Im addicted to Pintrest and StumbleUpon. I sleep with a stuffed animal. Im reading a book about zombies and a book about spirits. A Thousand Years by Christina Perri is my favorite right now. If I could I would live in my swim suit. Tom is always mean to me in my dreams. ALWAYS. Are my dreams trying to tell me something?! Also Skype is the best invention ever.
